How to enrol

To begin, register to enrol by completing our online form. After submission, our Family Relations Officer will contact you to arrange a centre tour and orientation. All families are required to register with the My Family Lounge app. If you already have a My Family Lounge account with another service, simply log in to link it with One World for Children.

Enrolment steps at One World for Children

Step 1. Register online

Complete our online registration form to start your enrolment journey.

Step 2. Chat with a family relations officer

A Family Relations Officer will contact you to discuss your child’s needs and arrange a centre tour and orientation session.

Step 3. Receive and accept an offer

Once a place is available, you’ll receive an enrolment offer that you can accept to secure your child’s spot.

Step 4. Complete your enrolment

Finalise enrolment by submitting essential information, such as medical details and emergency contacts, through the My Family Lounge portal.
