Family Services at OWfC
One World is open Monday to Friday, 6.30 am to 6.30 pm, fifty-two weeks of the year excluding public holidays.
 4 Year Old Kindgerten Program
Enjoy the convenience of an extended hours kindergarten program, whilst your child enjoys all the benefits of participating in our onnovative and individually tailored preschool program. Our professional team, led by Catherine our early childhood qualified teacher, is committed to promoting your child's natural curiosity and love of learning and to offer an education program that focuses on the development of skills and knowledge that will support your child's future development of skills and knowledge that will support your child's future development. Evening Meals
At One World for Children we know how busy life can be and sometimes at the end of the day the last thing you want to do is cook. To make things easier we offer families an affordable evening meals service. When you pick up your child you can pick up your dinner and relax knowing your family is eating a healthy, nutricious, homecooked meal. Parents World
When you enrol your child at One World for Children you also have the option to re
gister for Parents World, your personalised website.
 There are many fantastic features on Parents World such as:
- view photos of your child
- update your families information
- pay your fees online
- order evening meals
- buy, swap, sell
- search for parenting resources and articles
- discuss issues in our parenting forum
- centre events

Victoriaworks for parents returning to work is one of a number of workforce participation programs operated by the Victorian Government, which are designed to support people back into work through the broadening and deepening of their vocational skills.  With ample carparking, and close to public transport, we are ideally located in Thompsons Road North Geelong.
The Children's Centre is a purpose-built Centre comprising of four Family Group playrooms Ballah, Alkina, Rajah and Allunga, each licensed for twenty children ranging in age from birth to six years, and a sessional Kindergarten for both three and four year olds.
As you take the tour through the Centre, you will notice the care and attention to detail in the setting of the room and play areas. Our programs place an emphasis on creating environments for children that invite play and learning. Look for evidence of this as you wander through the playrooms. You will see that One World takes great pride in creating a homely and relaxing setting for your child.

Childcare Teams
In our children's centre, within our four family grouping playrooms we employ four qualified team leaders and twelve full-time childcare workers, a ratio of 1 staff member:5 children. We also employ casual childcare workers to cover lunch breaks, study times and planning. Similar ratios exist in our two kindergarten rooms, with two team leaders and three childcare workers.

Team Members of the Month
In 2006 we introduced a recognition program into the child care team, to encourage and reward excellence, effort and achievement of both individuals and teams.
Each month completed nomination forms nominating either individuals or teams, will be received. We will review the month's nominations and announce the winners of the “Outstanding Team Member” for the month.
